Gone are the days where we use to throw a skid plate underneath the front tub of the front spoiler. Nowadays the tub is completely hollow. But having that halo perimeter light was so neat as it gives the illusion of the Spyder just hovering above ground. Well, luckily the current 2020+ Spyder has a really nice lip that surrounds the outer edge that is perfect for this type of light and it is is on the upper side where it is away from the underside.
