The Ultimate Battery box is model specific (2015, 2016 or 2017/2018/2019). The battery tray has been re-designed for each specific model year due to its structural changes from Polaris.

If you use one of the generic boxes out there, you are liable to run into rubbing / vibration issues on your battery and could possibly puncture the battery housing, ruining an expensive battery and stranding you and your SlingShot.

Our battery box tray is LASER CUT, LIGHT WEIGHT, and all ALUMINUM so it will never rust or corrode like steel.

Engineered to fit one of the best batteries in the market, "yellow, blue or red top" Optima Battery perfectly!!

Be sure to purchase a size that stays within this size or smaller 10"x6 7/8"x7 13/16" tall.
